The women working at Consolidated Industries have had enough of their sexist, egotistical boss Franklin Hart. Violet, an experienced office manager repeatedly passed over for promotion; Judy, a recently divorced naive new employee; and Doralee, Hart’s sassy secretary, decide to take matters into their own hands. When the trio reaches their breaking point, they concoct a plan to get even with their tyrannical boss. In a hilarious turn of events, they live out their wildest fantasy of giving Hart the boot, transforming their workplace and discovering their own empowerment along the way.
